This Lincoln Park, Victorian rehab and addition is full of both historic and modern detailing. The kitchen has all the modern luxuries of today's kitchen with traditional cabinetry, fixtures and tiles. The custom cherry cabinets create a warm space and give lots of storage.
The millwork continues on into the family room to create two coat closets on either side of the arch. The beam ceiling is the gem that really pulls this whole design together.
The historical rooms on the first floor as well as the Master Bedroom got the full treatment of Bradbury & Bradbury wallpaper. The papers use the original patterns that date back to the Victorian era.
